For those ready to move beyond surface symptoms and understand what their body is holding..

Are you seeking a deeper, lasting change?

This work goes beyond symptom management. It supports the underlying patterns held in your body and nervous system where many long-standing issues begin.

It is for those experiencing anxiety, stress, chronic tension, or a sense of disconnection from their body.

Through gentle, body-based approaches, the aim is to support lasting change, not just temporary relief.

This is not about forcing change.
It is about creating the conditions where change becomes possible.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from your body due to injury, surgery or trauma, or aware of patterns that no longer serve you.

Perhaps you’ve spent a long time caring for others, while losing touch with your own needs.

If you are drawn to a gentler, body-based approach to healing - one that supports both mind and body - you are warmly welcome here.

Together, we can begin to explore these patterns and support a deeper sense of balance, connection, and wellbeing.

Meet Your Therapist

Hello, my name is Aleksandra Quintana.

Having witnessed firsthand the profound impact of trauma-informed bodywork and body-based therapy, I’ve dedicated the last 12 years to learning and practicing body-mind therapies.

I offer a compassionate, trauma-sensitive approach that goes beyond treating physical discomfort, helping you heal from within by addressing the emotional stories your body carries.

What a session feels like

Sessions are slow, quiet, and responsive to you. You remain fully clothed unless we are working with scars.

Touch is gentle. There is nothing you need to perform or explain.

NARM sessions,

whether in person or online, are non-touch, while still engaging the body through guided somatic awareness.

Some people experience deep relaxation. Others notice subtle shifts, emotions, or a growing sense of connection.
